There aren't any specific contraindications for Flow, which means everyone aged 18+ can use Flow.

However, caution should be taken with certain conditions. Please talk to your doctor about taking extra precautions if you:

• Are pregnant or think you might be
• Have a skull problem or metal parts in or around the brain
• Have cochlear implants
• Have a brain pacemaker such as those used for Parkinson’s disease
• Have epilepsy or have had seizures
• Have a device implanted in your body, like a heart pacemaker, spinal cord stimulator, vagal nerve stimulator, implanted hearing aid or defibrillator
• Have a skin condition affecting your forehead, such as psoriasis or there is redness, a cut or the skin is infected
• Currently have thoughts about suicide or harming yourself

If the Flow treatment is helpful for the first 10 weeks of your treatment, we recommend you to continue for a minimum of 6 months, even if you have become symptom-free.

Flow headsets come with free express shipping. Most orders are delivered within 2 - 3 working days.

Yes, the Flow headset can be shared with up to 9 additional users at no extra cost. Each user’s treatment schedule and progress are tracked separately. Each user should create their own user account.

Your initial headset order includes one box of refill pads containing 20 sets. Rental Plan Subscribers: If you’re on a rental plan, you will automatically receive refill pads to support one person following our standard treatment plan. During the Strengthening phase, you will complete 2 sessions per week, so you won't need a delivery every month. Instead, we’ll send a box in the second month of your subscription and then every other month thereafter.

Yes, you can select Klarna or PayPal as a payment method. Both these provide installment options.

You can return it for any reason within 30 days and receive a full refund. It doesn’t matter if you’ve purchased, rented, or used the headset. We’ve made our returns process as simple as possible:

• Submit your refund request within 30 days of the shipment date here.
• Receive a prepaid return shipping label via email. Print it or use the Royal Mail 'Bring my label' service if arranging a collection.
• Drop off the parcel at any Royal Mail location or schedule a collection.
